Escape – The Dallas Journey Tribute
ESCAPE is a Dallas-based band that is a musical homage to arena rock supergroup Journey. Since 2006, ESCAPE has performed throughout the D/FW Metroplex and beyond in packed venues where crowds love to sing along and dance to Journey’s timeless music, both old and new. As a tribute band, ESCAPE has the advantage of appealing to a wide audience that spans all ages and music tastes. The ladies love the ballads, the boys love the rockers, everyone loves to sing along and dance to every song! The band consists of experienced musicians who bring a dynamic, energetic presentation to each show. Our goal is to get people off their chairs to sing and dance to the music. Journey’s music is a very positive message and our show is all about making sure everyone in attendance has a fun time! ESCAPE can be booked at clubs, concerts, festivals, corporate events, private parties and more. We prefer bookings for Friday or Saturday but are open to shows on other days if required. ESCAPE with us and let the journey begin!

A staple of the Dallas/Fort Worth live music scene, ESCAPE has been invited to perform as far away as Houston and Corpus Christi (at The Concert Pub and the Buc Days Festival respectively) and was also the lead performer at 4th of July Liberty By The Lake Festival in The Colony, TX. The band received a flattering invitation to appear as musical guests on WFAA TV’s Good Morning Texas in November 2007. In addition, ESCAPE also headlined the American Heroes: A Salute to Veterans celebration on November 7, 2009 at The Colony. Other venues in the Metroplex where ESCAPE is playing or currently playing include Glass Cactus, Cape Buffalo Grille, Wizards Sports Cafe, Firewater Dallas, Coach Joe Avezzano’s Hat Tricks, Z Grill & Tap, Spencer’s Corner, Arena Sports Bar, Tolbert’s and many other. The band consists of experienced musicians who bring a dynamic, energetic presentation to each show. Our goal is to get people off their chairs to sing and dance to the music. Journey’s music is a very positive message and our show is all about making sure everyone in attendance has a fun time!
